The Annual Young Playwrights Festival (YPF) is committed to stengthening young playwrights’ writing skills while providing greater exposure to all aspects of live theatre. The YPF competition is open to any K-12 student in the Greater Fort Wayne area. Students’ plays may vary in length from one to 15 pages and will be judged by area professionals. Inter-active young writer workshops, hands-on experience with live theatre productions and winning plays produced by area professionals make the YPF a worthwhile experience for any public, private or home-schooled student.
